REINTEGRATION

The ministry to the moms is probably the most challenging, rewarding, and necessary piece of the puzzle in the ministry here. We interact very closely with the moms as they journey through a very tough time of their lives. It doesn’t take long to realize that these precious women are in a battle for their souls that they desperately need help to fight.

A few ways that we have been privileged to work with the moms is through Bible Correspondence Courses, a “Mom’s Inspiration” time during the visit in prison, and the Oasis home where moms can come to receive more intense mentoring and experience a positive home life.

Only God knows what the future holds, but He is definitely moving our hearts toward increased influence and focus on long-term relationships with the moms we work with. To do this, we will need staff who are called by God, have a heart for those less fortunate than themselves, and have a passion to show Jesus to these moms unconditionally. This work is very challenging, but the wonderful rewards are from being in the front row and seeing the power of Jesus Christ transform someone whose life was ruined by the enemy into a person whose heart is softened and purified by the redemptive work of Jesus.
